Click the link above to catch up. I also commented a little on this morning since I felt that was part of my water fast experience which I would say was 99% positive. I want to reiterate something I said yesterday.
Whether you think you can do a 24 hour water fast or not - you're right. You're in charge of your body not the other way around. Just do a 12 hour one first if you want to.
I have something important to do so I may not write as much as I did yesterday, but I took my

I wasn't starving or anything like that. It's just part of my plan so I did it.

A few hunger pangs during the day. They went away in about 10 minutes each. Still just drinking water and coconut water For some reason my mouth tasted like I ate something. I had not done so.
I had a much larger hunger pang. I drank coconut water which relieved it.
Is to do this Tuesday and Wednesday as well. I the water fast on Sunday
It's not a question of seeing if I can complete this fast. The question is not even in my mind. If I say I'm going to something I do it, period. I believe that's how people should act in general. Teachers will ask me to substitute teach, here in Honolulu Hawaii, for them months in advance and not even follow up with me because they know if I said it they may consider it done.
So far I've gone from 198lbs to 192lbs. I continue to believe weight loss is not the most important thing considering the extensive health benefits from fasting. See the video I shared on day 1.
